• There will be a small holding area in the front of the estate weather dependent.
• Be prepared to carry your items
• Feel free to bring bags, boxes, and packing materials

• Most of the home is handicap accessible (small steps required). The upstairs has stairs going up and may not be handicap accessible.
🔥House Rules:
• No va**ng or smoking inside the home.

• CASH (no cards or checks), Cashapp, or Venmo are accepted.
📦Loading:
• We may or may not have assistance on ground for loading. Please plan to bring your own loaders.
⏰Opening and Signup:
• Doors open promptly at 9:00 AM
