CCRS and the Wisconsin Paper Council have been working on a Wisconsin Paper Industry Strategic Framework. Over the past 18 months, we collaborated with a team of undergraduate student researchers to capture feedback from company leaders, industry experts, and young professionals. The strategic framework and recommendations have been completed and we are excited to share the results of the report!

The Paper Council and the UW Oshkosh Center for Customized Research and Services released an 18-month study on Wednesday, highlighting the industry's challenges.

03/31/2022

The results of a comprehensive, two-year collaborative study of the workforce challenges and future needs of the state’s papermaking industry will be unveiled at an upcoming launch event on March 30th, 2022.

This strategic framework final report was conducted by the UW Oshkosh Center for Customized Research and Services (CCRS) and the Wisconsin Paper Council (WPC) and funded through a WiSys IGNITE! Applied Research grant.
