📢 Employee Spotlight: Arthur Weborg - Customer Systems & Projects Lead
Arthur's journey into software began unexpectedly when he was placed into a software class during his junior year of high school. What started as a chance opportunity quickly became a passion, inspiring him to create programs that simplified everyday tasks and improved efficiency.
After earning his degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Arthur built an impressive career in software development, specializing in laboratory and clinical genetics systems. Over the years, he advanced from Quality Assurance to Software Architect, helping design complex software solutions, build development teams, and support groundbreaking work in the medical field, including projects involving Whole Genome Sequencing.
Today, as Customer Systems & Projects Lead, Arthur leverages his extensive technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support Fox Valley Metrology's customers and internal systems. He is driven by a passion for continuous improvement and finding innovative ways to make processes more efficient.
Outside of work, Arthur enjoys running, coaching, and staying active. Whether he's developing software, training athletes, or tackling a new challenge, he brings the same dedication and drive to everything he does.
