The reason why I started PREP was to have an outlet for me to use my experiences being in the family band (Faris Family) to good use in helping local businesses and possibly other local artists as well.

I grew up tagging along with my Dad(aka Pop, Bob Faris) when he would meet with show promoters, helped design fliers that promoted our own shows(back when it was actually Cut & Paste), and I enjoyed getting to know the business end of the music.

When I came back to Kansas after performing in Branson, I thought I was pretty much done with the music business and would have a chance every now and then to pick with my family, I have since realized those same business practices transfer well and could be implemented in other genres of business.
