Before & After: Driveway Shoulder Restoration

Fixed up the shoulders on this driveway. — brought in fresh topsoil, and seeded with straw mulch to get grass established quickly.

Swipe through and you can see the progression: raw dirt shoulders freshly cut in, straw mulch laid down to protect the new seed, and finally green grass filled in tight against the pavement — clean lines from the road all the way up to the house.

A little shoulder work goes a long way for curb appeal (and keeps water moving where it should instead of eating away at the edge of your driveway).

A complete transformation!

This project started with an abandoned basement full of debris and brush. We removed the basement, cleared the site, backfilled, compacted, and finish graded the area to create a clean, usable yard.

It's always rewarding to turn an unusable space into something the property owner can enjoy again.

We regraded this 700-foot driveway and topped it with fresh gravel, giving it a smooth, durable finish that's built to last. Another project completed and another happy customer!

On this project, we cleaned up a mudslide, re-established the drainage ditch, replaced a collapsed culvert, constructed a 12' × 28' pad for a woodshed, and restored the driveway.

From bare ground to a build-ready home site — another project completed by the team!

This project started as an empty field and was transformed into a finished pad ready for construction. We imported clean fill, built the site to grade, and precision graded the entire pad using our CAT 259D3 with the GB124 laser grading system to ensure a smooth, accurate finish.

After the slab was poured, we returned to install the electric and water service, complete the backfill, and final grade the property for proper drainage around the new home.

We installed foam around the full perimeter to protect the foundation, prepped the subgrade, and finished it off with some fresh topsoil.
