https://www.facebook.com/SafetyTech sold pull station covers with a lifetime warranty and now doesn't want to honor that warranty for one of our clients because at some point *after* our client purchased, they shortened their warranty period.

Does that seem fair? Shouldn't they still have to honor the terms of the warranty by which they induced our client to purchase their product at the time?

Happy New Year!

2021, as a continuation of a pandemic-changed 2020 world, has been interesting. We've continued to adapt to the new demands and to serve our clients, albeit largely in different ways than we did in the 2010s.

Are you still working from home? Are your kids homeschooling or remotely learning? If it's looking like these temporary measures are becoming somewhat permanent, we'd love to help you make whatever technology changes would help you adapt to the new paradigm, too.
