Job description:

Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, surveillance, and conflict management, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.

Nights and weekends are required, This a part time seasonal/Summer job.

Hours are between 6pm and 1am, Must arrive 15 minutes prior to shift.

Duties:
Monitor premises through regular patrols.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure safety within the facility.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
Ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for management review.

Skills

No experience, We will train,
Background in military service or law enforcement are welcome to apply.
Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle disputes or disturbances.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions in emergency situations.
Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and law enforcement personnel.
