We made more Elote Dip!! IT GOES FAST, so rush in or call the shop right away to reserve!!

We were lucky enough to sample some great cheeses. We are now offering our favorite two of those samples. Prairie Breeze is a crystallized cheddar with a chive flavor and we LOVE this one. The Sartori Montamore Cheddar is amazing, too. We have been enjoying them with crackers and on salads, and they would be a great addition to any charcuterie board. They are in the same cooler as the snack sticks.

The pulled pork baked beans should be out of the smoker by 3:00 p.m. Last minute treat for the weekend!!

We made more Beef on Weck sandwiches. Everyone LOVES them and they have been flying out of here!! There is also a couple of Sages' Own Summer Salad remaining. I have heard several people say it is THE BEST salad they have ever eaten!!

Come and grab whatever you may need for the weekend from the BEST MEAT MARKET in Kendall County!!

We have also updated our menu with a few of the newer items and adjusted the bundle prices. Chicken and Pork have remained relatively consistent, but beef has continued to fluctuate and increase. Grab a new menu the next time you are into the shop.

This morning I made Sages ' Own Summer Salad (Don't forget you can buy a little container of cooked chicken to add to your salad. It is in the cooler by the salads.) and Peach Crumble Cookies. The cookies are best served warm, so place it in the microwave just long enough to heat through. It would be excellent with vanilla ice cream. There are also a few Sages' Own Chicken Salad left and a few Grab and Go Chicken Salad with Croissant.

We haven't made these for a while - pork belly burnt ends!! I don't know why we haven't made them, but they just got pulled from the smoker and now some of them are supper!! Sooooo good!!

It is also Enchilada Wednesday!! Grab meals for a couple days!!

I made Sages' Own Chicken Salad (with Grapes and Pecans) this morning. I also decided to make a chicken salad with croissant grab and go. I made 12 of these. If you want these available each time I make my chicken salad, please comment below. I will see how quickly they sell. Don't forget about our Beef On Weck or Classic Sub grab and go sandwich options.

We made more Elote Dip. Last week it sold out in 45 minutes, so come in quickly or call the shop to reserve one or more. We have the chili's and enchiladas still remaining, just in case you need a delicious, easy meal!!

BRAND NEW PRODUCT: Velvet Bees Honey Butter. We were given a sample and had to bring it in right away. This is sooooo creamy and smooth - I think I could eat it like ice cream. Would be amazing on toast or pancakes or waffles or cornbread. Try it today!!

Also, we made many, many Bacon Mac-n-cheese Brats. Try them today!! Amazing brat!!

Cooler is fully stocked!! People have been asking for the White Chicken Chili and our regular Chili. We made those yesterday. Lots of enchiladas, pulled pork, brisket burnt ends, sandwiches, Ann's Orzo salad, cookies and more.

Also, if you are a Friday night pizza family - grab a Papa Del's!! We had one of our very long-time customers try it yesterday for the first time and said it is their new favorite!! It is the BEST!!
