🚧Poor subgrade doesn't have to mean over-excavation and haul-off.
This parking lot had aggregate base contaminated with clay fines and sitting on high groundwater with a poor subgrade — a combination that keeps a section soft and unstable no matter how much you try to dry it out. Instead of digging it all out, we stabilized it in place with cement.

🔬 Cement hydration consumes free water and forms cementitious bonds between soil particles, reducing the plasticity index of the clay fraction — so the platform stays stable even with groundwater right below it. CBR typically moves from the 2-4 range up to 15-30+ within 24 hours, providing a stronger subgrade/base without hauling in fill or hauling out the poor soils. Cement content and moisture are controlled so the dosage hits target strength without over-cementing and cracking the section.

💪This is the work we do every day at Allstates Pavement Recycling & Stabilization (APRS) — CIR, FDR, SFDR, and soil stabilization across the country.

BEAT THE HEAT: Safety Alert 🌡️

With temps climbing, everyone working near hot asphalt and heavy equipment — our crews, clients, and partners across the road construction industry — needs to stay sharp and stay hydrated. Extreme heat is no joke.

Hydrate before you're thirsty. Drink water consistently, not just at breaks.

Know the signs. Heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, headache, weakness = heat exhaustion. Confusion, hot/dry skin, rapid pulse = heat stroke — a medical emergency. Get help fast.

Buddy system. Watch each other. Heat stress sneaks up.

Take real breaks. Shade or AC, whatever's available.

Electrolytes matter. Water alone isn't always enough on a 100°+ day.

Watch your crew, watch yourself, and don't push through symptoms.

Stay safe out there — from all of us at Allstates Pavement Recycling and Stabilization. 🛠️🔥

Happy 4th of July from all of us at Allstate Pavement Recycling & Stabilization!

Today we're proud to fly the flag high — on our equipment and in our hearts. This country was built by people willing to put in the work, and that's a tradition we're honored to carry on.

Freedom isn't free. Grateful for the men and women who serve to protect it.

Wishing you and your family a safe, blessed Independence Day. 🇺🇸

🏔️ From the mountains to the plains, from rivers to open skies — our crews don't just work the land, they respect it.

Whether we're milling and stabilizing roads in the heart of the Rockies or laying down miles across the heartland, what we do goes beyond the job — it's about leaving the land better than we found it.

Recycling and stabilization means less waste, less new material pulled from the earth, and more of what's already there put back to work. That's not just smart engineering — that's being a good steward of something worth protecting.

From Idaho to Iowa, New York to Texas — our crews work hard, work safe, and take moments to appreciate the beauty of where they're working that day.

Because some jobsites remind you that what you do matters.

🇺🇸 “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave everything so we could have everything. Freedom isn’t free, and this weekend we remember the price that was paid.

Take a moment to reflect, then hold your loved ones close. From all of us at Allstate Pavement Recycling & Stabilization, we extend our deepest gratitude to our veterans, active military, and Gold Star families. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🙏🇺🇸

Big equipment. Bigger responsibility.
At Allstate’s Pavement Recycling & Stabilization, our equipment doesn’t move itself — it takes a skilled, safety-conscious driver and a well-rigged lowboy to get her from point A to point B. Proud of the professionals behind the wheel representing our company on highways across the country every day.

Safety isn’t a checkbox. It’s our culture.

Today is Earth Day—and for us, it’s not just something we recognize once a year. It’s what we do every single day out on the road.

At APRS, we take pride in being part of a solution that keeps materials in the cycle instead of sending them to waste. Asphalt is the most recycled material on the planet, and every mile we reclaim, stabilize, or recycle is another step toward doing things smarter and more responsibly.

We don’t just build roads—we rebuild them with purpose.

That means less hauling, less new material, and more use of what’s already right beneath our feet. It’s practical, it’s efficient, and it’s the right way to take care of the ground we work on every day.

This Earth Day, we’re proud to stand behind a process that respects the land while still delivering the strength and performance our industry demands.

♻️ Recycling roads. Pavement solutions that work!♻️

🚧🇺🇸♻️Safer roads start with smarter infrastructure♻️🇺🇸🚧

At APRS, we support traffic safety and sustainable road rehabilitation by recycling road surface materials and reusing what already exists.

Reclamation and stabilization help convert existing road materials into a new, high-quality base—providing a stronger foundation for future road construction while reducing the need for new resources.

The result: safer public travel, improved roadway performance, and more efficient outcomes for communities and commuters.
