Today is Earth Day—and for us, it’s not just something we recognize once a year. It’s what we do every single day out on the road.

At APRS, we take pride in being part of a solution that keeps materials in the cycle instead of sending them to waste. Asphalt is the most recycled material on the planet, and every mile we reclaim, stabilize, or recycle is another step toward doing things smarter and more responsibly.

Before the mills start cutting, before the reclaimers start chewing up pavement, and before the stabilization trains hit the road…

There’s a group of guys in the shop making sure the iron is ready.

Right now the APRS mechanics are deep in it — welding cracked steel, rebuilding worn parts, chasing electrical gremlins, and fixing things engineers probably never imagined would break.

If it’s bent… they straighten it.
If it’s broke… they fix it.
If it can be made better… they improve it.

Somewhere between welding sparks, greasy hands, and a few “who designed this thing?” moments, these guys turn thousands of hours of hard-worked equipment back into machines ready for another season.

When you see APRS equipment running smooth on a jobsite this year, remember:

The mechanics got it there first.
