I’ve been managing schedules and booking appointments for 6 years now. First in the beauty industry as a salon manager and now in the healthcare field as a referrals specialist.

Something I want to do is start talking about the services I offer and why. So we’ll start with Customer Communication!

I’ve been in customer service for 15 years and I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy engaging with people. I think one of the toughest parts about starting a business is determining your prices. I knew that I had the experience to charge my worth, but for some reason I was absolutely terrified that my prices would turn clients away.

Even after making the decision to launch my business, I was still second guessing myself. It honestly wasn’t until I had a come to Jesus convo with my mom when she reminded me of my worth. She reminded me that I have been doing the services I’m offering for YEARS and I’d be doing myself a disservice if my prices didn’t reflect that. She also said that the clients that really want to work with me will pay those prices without a blink of an eye, because they’ll see it as an investment for their own business.

The point I’m trying to make is, know your worth. Your prices are your prices and the right client will be more than willing to pay them. It might not happen overnight, but you’re going to attract the perfect clientele for your business. But don’t you dare ever sell yourself short.
