Had to share this , that I even captured with a picture (which if you know me, is a win in itself)! This morning, the boys had their dental cleaning appointments 🦷 and this is the FIRST TIME that BOTH didn't have a cavity! 🙌 ((Maybe it was my shirt? 🍀)) We're ready to tackle March!!

So, the latest trend - is helping share small business pages. I, admittedly 👀, am NOT good at posting on social media but would love for you to share this post or my biz page, KLH Virtual Solutions, LLC, with your network!

If you are, or know, a real estate agent that could use some support as they knock out their 2024 goals -- I'd love to chat! I'm a full-time independent Transaction Coordinator (I also have an active real estate license in Kansas). No need to feel like "everything is in order" to team up... I'll jump right in and get you to the spot of having more time to focus on what you want... clients, prospecting, family, etc. 😉

But really, what are some of my favorite things about being a Transaction Coordinator?

📅 I love routine! Most days are similar, and there are days you get some extra spice!
✔️ Checklists & systems are MY JAM!! Everything needs them!
⏳ Consistency is key for me, especially as a service provider to others!
📎 Analyzing paperwork & compliance is something I truly enjoy.
🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Collaborating towards one goal (closing table) increases efficiency.
✍️ Evaluation and reflection help me grow!
📚 Forever Learner. There is ALWAYS more for me to learn!

If you're an agent, some of those may be things you hate - and that's one reason why we should chat!! 📱

Last week I spent some time with Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® volunteering for Rock the Block - in partnership with Habitat for Humanity! 🏡 It was a sweaty one in KC, but we had good lunch and a visit from the ice cream truck!🍧 Was a lot of fun supporting the community and working alongside awesome Realtors! ((Check out the article here: https://kcrar.com/kc-realtors-rock-the-block-again-with-habitat-for-humanity/ ))
