Prepare for breastfeeding/pumping with this foundational 90 minute class taught by an IBCLC and RN.
A few things you will learn in class:
✨What’s normal in the first week (and what’s not): Understand newborn feeding patterns, cluster feeding, milk coming in, and diaper output so you can tell the difference between normal newborn behavior and true feeding concerns.
✨How to support milk production from day one:
✨Learn what actually helps establish supply in the early days—including feeding frequency, effective latch basics, and when to use pumping or supplementation.
✨Learn and practice several different breastfeeding positions
✨How to care for yourself while feeding your baby: Get practical guidance on ni**le comfort and engorgement management.
You will leave feeling more prepared and confident to feed your baby.
