Thank you Carly Kassen Martz for your presentation at BNIOP23 last week! Here are the shareable slides. Remember the top three tips:
1.) Easy, cleaner swaps. Most likely, there’s a healthier alternative right next to what you’re looking at at the grocery store.
2.) Read the labels! You might have too much faith in certain products and companies. Don’t trust them blindly. Flip it around and find the cleanest option without:
a.) Inflammatory Oils
b.) High Fructose Corn Syrup
c.) Artificial Sweeteners
d.) Unnecessary ingredients
i.) Artificial Dyes
ii.) Added Sugar
iii.) Glyphosate
e.) Drink more filtered water
f.) Add in more fruits & veggies
3.) Use your resources - like Carly, Just.ingredients, watch documentaries, listen to podcasts, etc.
