We recommend when sleep training multiples that you keep them on the same schedule or a feed/sleep schedule within 30 minutes of one another. This way it offers consistency which in turn offers the babies security and allows the parents to appropriately prepare for the next feeding.

How do you start sleep training your baby? Lay your baby down DROWSY but not asleep! Babies are changing sleep cycles much more frequently then adults. You want your baby to learn to put themselves back to sleep when shifting through cycles. Laying them down drowsy at a young age will help them to learn this process! 😴

It is never too early to establish healthy sleep cues, the earlier you start these the sooner your baby will fall into a routine. White noise, swaddle, dark room, and consistency are key when trying to sleep train a little one!
