In 2023, the founder, Shawn C. Smith forged new pathways and launched a company called WakeForce Consulting LLC. She had worked for an international company alongside experts in their craft worldwide. They were innovators, engineers, educators, leaders, sustainability specialists, sales professionals, artists, etc., within an organization guided by a mission. They had a vision that was so strong that it inspired Shawn to come up with her own. The attached is the vision. She realized pretty quickly to carry out her vision, she needed to link with academia, bridging what she had learned with populations passionate about growth, recognizing the talents of the next generation. Some of her students have embarked on research and discovery on a level that inspires. Currently, she herself is final edits, a chapter, and a defense away from gaining her doctorate. A dream she has had all of her life, inspired by those around the world she has worked with.
