We are a small taxidermy shop that does European style mounts of animals based out of Ovid Michigan.

10/01/2026

I’d like to start this post with wishing the best of luck to all the archery hunters hitting the woods today and for the rest of season! Be safe, shoot straight and try to stay dry!

One quick update for the shop is for every person who legally harvests a deer and brings it in for a European mount will get a free Twisted Nock Taxidermy t-shirt. (Successful youth hunters I already have you down for shirt sizes to be made)
Shirts will be done and ready at the time of pickup for the completed work.

Again for this season I am keeping prices the same as last year, only change is payment will be due up front before any work can begin.

Good luck, be safe and give me a call, text or message on Facebook to schedule a drop off if you’d like to get a deer European mounted. Thank you all so much!

Good luck to all the hunters hitting the woods this weekend! I hope you have a safe and successful hunt!

If you get one and would like a European mount done give me a shout I’d be happy to do it.

Youth, disabled and veterans is still only $100 for a cleaned, degreased and whitened skull.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted. The last few months have been extremely busy! With that I have big news!

In the recent months I have sold my home and moved. I am only a half mile west of where I was located before same road, half mile down on the north side.

With that said please don’t just stop in to drop off skulls without contacting me first for a drop off time, I will then give you the address to my new location.

Prices will remain the same as last year, I will still be offering a quick degrease and full degrease option.

The only change I am making this year is that payment will be required before any work takes place.

Please remember that all animals must be legally harvested with proper tagging. No exceptions.

As always, have a safe, fun and successful season. I look forward to seeing repeat customers and new faces this year and hearing all the stories!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

I’ve been busy trying to get more ready to go out the door and will begin calling customers tomorrow for pick ups on ones that are finished.

Thank you all for your love and support.

It is with a very heavy heart that I share the news of my best friend Tyler passing away.

With the news of that I will be closing the shop for the following week to focus on being with friends and family. So please be patient if you contact me and I don’t get with you right away.

Please keep his family, friends and the community in your thoughts and prayers.

Got my last two bucks of bow season in yesterday. So you know what that means? It’s the day so many Michiganders look forward to. Some, including myself, would consider today a holiday! Good luck to everyone out there today, shoot straight and be safe!!

I have lots of room for deer heads so give me a call or shoot me a message on Facebook to schedule a time to drop one off for a euro mount!

Quick little video on why times/prices are the way they are compared to other places you may go. Remember I’m going for quality not quantity. I treat every harvest that comes through my door like it was my personal trophy.
