Meet Ms. Mikaela Thomas
Eco Restore is built on the principles of taking care of our customers. That process starts with Mikaela as she may very well be your first impression of our Eco Restore team.

A team member since Feb 2021 she came to us with experience in construction and hospitality. A perfect combination for excellent customer service!

Although she had a number of options she went with us because she wanted to be a part of a “close knit company that was growing rapidly.” We’re glad she did!

She comes to work with one rule: to ensure everyone is “heard.” That may seem simple but it’s far from it! Her personality makes our customers feel at home. It’s a unique gift. She pointed to one story in particular that solidified her demeanor. A homeowner called confused and concerned about her roof. Many companies would have taken the call and passed it to the next person...not Mikaela! Instead she walked the homeowner through her notes, made sure she felt at ease, and got her the answers she needed to feel secure. That’s the Eco Restore difference!

ARE YOU THE ONE ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK???
When you’re hiring a company to market and promote your product make sure you ask the person in front of you two questions:

1) Are you the one who’s actually going to be doing the work? If not then who?

2) Do you, or your team, know my industry?

Now here’s the 🔑 it’s okay if they aren’t the one doing the work or they don’t know your industry very well! Stay with me now...more important is that the person has integrity enough to tell you the truth!

If they aren’t doing the work then they should tell you who is doing the work and then explain their experience in your industry.

Maybe they don’t have ANY experience in your industry...that’s okay too! Are they willing to learn? Do they want to get out there and see what makes you different OR are they just gonna feed you to some office somewhere, ask for your money every month, and take no accountability for what happens next?

CONTENT IS KING 👑
The undisputed champ of marketing is CONTENT! It doesn’t matter where your ad is placed, who sees it, or even if they need your product, if they don’t pay attention to your message.

Engaging content is the 🔑 that is constantly being overlooked. It doesn’t matter how much money you throw at something if you can’t grab your customer’s attention AND get them to engage with what you’re offering.

RULE #10: NEVER LET SOMEONE CATCH YOU!
People are coming for you everyday! They want what you have. If you want to stay ahead of them you better be ready to do everything they are AND MORE.

It’s not enough to just keep doing what you’ve always done. It’s NOT! You have to change your temperament and attack the day like you are in dead fing last place, coming around the final turn, about to be embarrassed at the state championship, in front of everyone you love! There now take that feeling and use it.

Whatever you are scared of most freakin use that sh**! Use it to to wake up tomorrow morning, get your ass outa bed and make something happen! I don’t know what...something! Make your bed, eat a good breakfast, something that will further you toward your goal. Don’t let another morning stand in your way!
