To my Painted Tree🎨🌳🖌 friends - I am so sorry you have to deal with an immediate interruption of your business. As former boothie renter and brick & mortar owner nothing hits harder than when the decision is not your own to shutter the doors. You can feel upset, ticked off, hurt, lost, and overwhelmed - and more than likely a combination of all of these.

Here are 3 steps you should take now - from me who has lived this before and navigated🧭 some icky 🦠 retail situations.

#1. 》🎱Don’t make rushed decisions to join a new place or just throw in the towel. You shouldn't trust your business on emotional decisions - much like wishing with a magic 8 ball. Take a moment to breathe and re-evaluate your business model.🧘‍♀️

#2.》🔐Do secure your inventory and move out ASAP!🚛 Don't wait!
📝TIP: If you have time, while packing literally take inventory and be sure to label your boxes well. This will help you tremendously access what you need when you need it. A customer is a customer!

#3.》💾 Download and save all of your monthly reports and agreements before they disappear. These will help you later with inventory decisions and your record keeping.

🔋You may not want to hear this right now, but a pivot for your business can actually recharge you and allow you to revamp some things that weren't working for you any way.
