In honor of Wellness Wednesday and Su***de Prevention Month, we’re highlighting a different kind of mindfulness—mindful connection.
This past weekend, some of our team members took time to step away from the office to engage in team-building, laughter, and presence with one another. It was a chance to reconnect, reflect, and recharge—a reminder that mental wellness isn’t just about what we do alone, but also how we support and show up for each other.
