This was a recent Waterloo demolition project. The 8 plex apartment building and 8,000 sq feet of concrete was removed to make way for their new build. Thank you to the City of Melbourne for the opportunity to complete this project. Public safety is always priority. A beautiful mural, for sure, the structural integrity of the wall was gone and needed to be removed.

After digging the decorative pond, accent rocks were installed and the remaining dirt was added to the rear of the garage for a more gradual slope.
