Do you use Asana for project management? You can use it with your virtual assistant by creating and collaborating on tasks in Asana. Make sure you include all the relevant details, such as due dates, attachments, and any notes. To get started, simply click on a task and assign it to your virtual assistant. You can use Asana's commenting feature and add additional data fields to give directions without having to talk to each other over the phone or via video call.

Wake up to cancelled flight...four hours of working new flights...order flowers for a funeral out of state(after searching for florist open on Sunday)...arranging transportation.
