The city council approved a resolution Tuesday night to create a Tax Increment Finance district and approve a development agreement for a 15,000 sq ft expansion for FoamCraft Packaging, a one-source solution for custom protective packaging.

FoamCraft is located on Alexander Drive in the industrial park. The company plans to start the expansion this fall and grow employment by up to 10 people.
