Years can go by and you don't even realize what holding on to anger, resentment or being offended can do to a pastor. We spoke about this topic this week. It can turn deadly if it is not expressed, released or even processed.

As with Cain and Abel, it led to a physical death. This doesn't mean we are ready to physically kill someone, but holding on to these things can cause us physical issues as well. Learning the tools can help tremendously in communicating with our spouse, congregations and other relationships.
