What happened here?

First it got hot.
Then it got hotter.
Then it became a charcoal briquette.

Folks, when your laptop battery starts swelling or overheating, that's not a feature.

I can't make this up. These are computer components mounted on plywood and zip-tied to a minivan seat frame.

Go ahead, try to caption this. Just try.

Occassionally, I have the privilege of working alongside seasoned veterans, like this guy. Dennis Wilson.

He brings a ton of experience and flat-out wisdom that you can't put a dollar amount on. Priceless.

What he does makes our outreach, Just People possible.

Black Friday feels sleezy. So I'd rather offer this now, before the holidays.

If you thought you couldn't afford it, think again.

For $486, you get the whole setup. It includes a computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

Details in the comments.

Which of these is older? The laptop or the fossil holding it?

I'm tired of watching people walk out because of the price.

So I've worked it out where we can get you into a computer even on a $300 budget.

Come by and check us out; we're by Walmart on Frederica. I've been doing this for nineteen years; not going anywhere soon.

(If you're not on a budget, trust me, share this with one of your friends who quietly is.)

It's been a long time since I've been able to do anything like this.

If you've been putting off replacing an older laptop—or need one for school—I'd come take a look at these while we've got them.

$488.

We're finally fixing the ugliest thing at Computer Dave.

No, it's not Dave.

The shop is getting a little facelift.

Same people. Same service. And probably the best selection of computers we've had in years.

Fr. Ray Clark stopped by and picked up one of these insane refurbished Z4 workstations.

I told him I'd been tempted to take one home myself, but really couldn't justify it.

His response: "David, you'll find a way to talk yourself into it."

He was right.

These Z4S are turning out to be far more popular and versatile than I expected. We're still finding new ways to configure them.

If you've been thinking of one, come see us. We'll set one up just right for you.
