After 43 Years, It’s Time for a New Chapter
After 43 wonderful years in the accounting software business, I’ve decided it’s time to retire and begin a new chapter in life. It’s hard to sum up what these years have meant to me — the clients I’ve worked with, the challenges overcome, and especially the friendships that have grown along the way.
I started InfoServ, Inc. with a simple goal: to help businesses work smarter and succeed. What I didn’t realize back then was how many incredible people I would meet and how many lasting relationships would come from this journey. I’m deeply grateful for every client, colleague, and friend who has supported me through the years.
Effective November 1, 2025, my Passport Business Solutions clients will be transitioning directly to Passport Software, Inc. for ongoing service and support. I know they’ll be in great hands.
While I’ll be stepping away from the software world, I’m not slowing down entirely. I’ve recently acquired my dad’s 61-year-old coin business, Bruner’s Collectables, and I’ll be continuing as its full-time owner. It’s both a return to my roots and an exciting new adventure — one that I’m looking forward to with the same passion and commitment that guided me through my career with InfoServ.
I’m also looking forward to more time and opportunities to travel with my wife of 43 years, Angela. She’s my college sweetheart — I still remember the first time I saw her, with her bright red hair against a green felt sweater and that unforgettable smile. It may have started as love at first sight (or maybe lust!), but it’s grown into a lifelong partnership I cherish every day.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who’s been part of this adventure. It’s been an incredible ride!
