Another building pad completed!

This one started out rough, with an old leaking drain line running underneath the future build site. We removed the problem, built the new pad, installed a French drain, and laid a main line to handle the French drain and future gutter drains.

A lot of the important work happens underground — proper drainage and preparation now can save headaches later.
