The Owings Mills Corporate Roundtable was proud to support the next generation of talent by presenting three scholarship awards to outstanding students from New Town High School, Owings Mills High School, and Franklin High School.

Representing the Owings Mills Corporate Roundtable at the scholarship presentations were Isaac Sparks, President of Hunt Valley Contractors, and Martha Nathanson, OMCR Executive Director.

Supporting local students as they prepare to enter the workforce is a key part of OMCR’s mission. By investing in education and recognizing student achievement, we are helping build a stronger future workforce and creating opportunities for young people to succeed in our community.

Congratulations to this year’s scholarship recipients, and best wishes as they take the next steps in their academic and professional journeys!

It was a pleasure to welcome Katherine Klausmeier, alongside leadership from the Owings Mills Corporate Roundtable, for a recent tour of the JCC of Greater Baltimore.

The visit offered a comprehensive look at the JCC’s broad reach—from athletics and camps to arts and early childhood education—and the meaningful role it plays across Owings Mills and Baltimore County. At peak times, the JCC employs up to 600 individuals and welcomes thousands from across the region for cultural, recreational, and wellness experiences.

We wrapped up the day in the preschool, where the joy, curiosity, and energy of students and teachers brought the JCC’s community impact to life in the most authentic way.

The Owings Mills Corporate Roundtable kicked off 2026 at the Baltimore Ravens headquarters.

We started the morning with a conversation about the economic impact of the Roundtable’s member companies—the major employers helping drive growth in Owings Mills, Baltimore County, and across Maryland.

Insights were shared by Jonathan Sachs of the Baltimore County Department of Economic and Workforce Development and Steve Lafferty of the Baltimore County Department of Planning, who discussed countywide development and investment. Regional perspective came from Bogdan Vaduva and Whitney Johnson of the Greater Baltimore Committee, highlighting the broader economic momentum across Greater Baltimore.

We wrapped with a behind-the-scenes tour of the Ravens’ state-of-the-art training facilities and a chance to hear from Head Certified Athletic Trainer Adrian Dixon and Strength & Conditioning Coordinator Scott Elliott about what it takes to keep an NFL team performing at the highest level.

Great conversation, strong partnerships, and a pretty cool look inside one of the NFL’s top organizations. 🏈
