This membership packet came with a few extras. 👀

We printed and fulfilled these 2026 membership packets for George Washington Athletics, and they packed a lot into a three-fold mailer.

There’s a letter from Michael Lipitz, a personal story from a student-athlete, a QR code to support GW Athletics, a sticker sheet, a custom keychain, and plenty of GW branding throughout.

A mailer that gives members more than something to read. It gives them a little piece of GW to keep.

The evening brought together professionals from across the industry for networking and an engaging panel discussion focused on creating places that make a lasting impact on their communities.

This month’s Rock Star of the Month is… 🥁
Samantha Oster, our Office & Facilities Coordinator!

For more than five years, Samantha has been a dependable force behind the scenes, helping keep Strategic Factory running smoothly every day. Recently, she stepped up in a big way by taking on the responsibilities of our Facilities Technician during a staffing gap, ensuring operations continued without interruption. She also played a key role in organizing this year's Summer BBQ, helping make it a memorable event for the entire team.

Known for her hardworking, reliable, and friendly approach, Samantha is always willing to jump in wherever she's needed. Whether she's supporting company events, coordinating facilities, or helping departments with special projects, her team-first mindset makes a difference across the organization.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys camping with her husband and curling up with a good book.

🎤 Q: What's one piece of advice you'd give someone who just joined the Strategic Factory team?

"Don't be afraid to speak up and ask questions. The only stupid questions are the ones not asked."
