We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our team member, Dawson L. Dennis, on November 3, 2025.

Dawson was a valued member of Chesapeake Strategies Group since 2016 and proudly served our nation as a Veteran of the United States Army.

He dedicated his work to helping others, serving at the Salisbury American Job Center, where he became a familiar and friendly presence—always greeting others by name and offering a kind word or helping hand.

Dawson’s warmth, professionalism, and steady spirit will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of working with him.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
