I was so excited to celebrate my soon to be sister in law! She is the perfect person for Tyler. I have never seen him so happy in all the 18 years I have known him. I can't wait to celebrate them in November and have her be a member of the family the rest of our lives! The kids love calling her Aunt Beth "she is my favorite" according to Scarlett!

Thank you Cassidy and Sydney for doing so much! It was amazing thanks to both of you!

Congratulations Andrea and Matt! A wedding during a pandemic and tropical weather is an adventurous start!

Sometimes in life you are thrown curve balls! Mack’s health was ours. I had to stop taking pictures because I needed to focus on him and our family for a bit. But as the kids get older and Mack’s health is more stable I get to return to photography and my love of capturing all things memory.
I CAN NOT WAIT!

On Wednesday I got a call from a special friend. Her mom had been diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer that day. She would start chemo within the week and wanted to know if I would take pictures Saturday. I was honored and so sad at the same time. I dropped anything I had of course and was excited to take pictures. Then Thursday I got a call that they wanted to start chemo Friday and they were cancelling the pictures. I was devastated for them because I know how bad they wanted them. Well Friday afternoon I got another call that she wanted to do it Saturday anyway. Drew and I drove to North Dallas Saturday (I would have driven anywhere, any distance) to meet up and shoot. I smiled a lot at how much in the love Katie's mom and dad were. I love you Katie and will be praying for your family. I look forward to taking your remission celebration pictures :)
