A great field trip today to our 5th St. Organic ranch with the Fresh Produce & Floral Council 2017 Apprentice Tour! The celery is just about ready for harvest as we begin our season.

Organic celery just a couple weeks shy of harvest and our busy time of year is almost upon us! With plantings every week, we will harvest through June. A celery planting takes about three months until it's fully grown and ready for harvest.
