This was supposed to be our next adventure.

CA living, 30 minutes from the beach. A new state, exciting new job opportunity for Adam, breaking out of our comfort zones, taking chances.

The latest California shut downs put an end to it seemingly as quickly as it all happened in the first place, a month before I was set to move out to central CA to join him. Instead, I left our packed up house in CO, to go pack up our house in CA and move him back.

It’s been a whirlwind. I’m still exhausted. My emotions are still all over the place. But I’m finding some footing and diving back into this space. Back into JCC and all that is to come. Continue to stay tuned. Such awesome things still to come 😜

Y’all the Post Office is bananas! 55 min wait yesterday, just over an hour today. BUT your orders are a comin’! If time allows, I’ll make another run Monday am before heading to the airport. If not, all orders placed today on, will ship Tuesday.

If you haven’t ordered ornaments, prints, wood art or anything else you’ve been eyeing, do so now! Due to unforeseen travel, in the next day or two we will be limiting availability on Etsy to what we currently have in stock (which is dwindling fast!). We won’t ‘open’ back up again until after the first of the year.

The loss of markets has been devastating for our small biz that relies on them for 90% of our sales. Couple that with the general WTF of this year, and 🥵.

Small Business Saturday, friends 🖤 Our ornaments aren’t just for a tree, there are so many other uses. If you can’t go big with presents this year, or even if you can, be intentional. Presentation goes a long way in personalizing a gift to make the recipient FEEL the joy of it.

Not sure what to get neighbors, friends, colleagues, clients, etc? Grab a bottle of liquor, button it up with an ornament and be the gifting superhero ;)

We were originally going to do a buy one give one ornament promotion to recognize our frontline workers and wildland firefighters, but we felt as though donating $1 from every ornament sold would be better utilized. Donations will go to organizations supporting these groups. Have an organization you feel passionate about? 👇🏻 Drop the info below so we can look into it before finalizing our donation recipients. Our goal is $2500 spread across a few different organizations, but we can’t do it without YOU! We are currently at 217 ornaments sold.
