We are looking for a couple concrete finishes for both local and traveling concrete work. We primarily do commercial construction work in fast food & military sectors.
We are hiring for full time W2 hourly positions.

We are seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will work together with a Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We consistently provide construction management services nationwide.

*Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
*Allocate resources for assigned projects.
*Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
*Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
*Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
*Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
*Perform scopes of work when necessary

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.
*Ability to read blueprints and specification manuals.
*Familiarity with construction management software.
*Ability to travel for extended periods of time.
*Strong leadership qualities.
*Strong negotiation skills.
*Deadline and detail oriented.

We are a commercial construction company looking for a new full time team member at our Ozark, MO office.

Job duties will primarily consist of assisting our Estimator, organization/tracking of information and paperwork, printing plans, calling/coordinating with sub-contractors, Etc.

You must be comfortable using computers and the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook & Excel.

If you happen to have experience in the construction industry or reading blueprints that is a plus.
