If you own a well for drinking water near olf spencerfeild and never got your well tested you may have pfa's in your water apparently ours did back towards when we opened we had a well on site from the previous owner we were going to make it our main water source but after being cautious by the test we decided to make it an irrigation well and opted to use pace water system instead today we received this letter from the navy and im glad i made that decision back in 2021

So couple things to post we will not have any fireworks at our facility for the fourth i guess we filled the new expansion area to quick and not enough room glad i was able to do it atleast once in this facilities history. also our gate has been down this past week due to a lightning strike we have had to take out our flag pole as its acting as a lightning rod and damaging the electronic gate controls we should have a fix very soon we are waiting on parts we are on rotating shifts watching over the gate to prevent intrusion which so far we have had to run out two people I want to make this very clear if someone is interested in a space or unit please call us we are open to customers and potential customers we are not open to the general public when our gate is open it is not an invitation to trespass if you are interested in our facility give us a call and we are more than happy to give you a tour but please dont just come in and not talk to anyone we do not know your intentions and is suspicious and you will be shown out if your interested our pricing is posted online if you want a tour contact us we are watching and will know you came through the gate we do move ins in person so we are familiar with tenants alot of facilities dont care but we go above and beyond to protect our customers property

We got a question yesterday our drainage pond was designed to handle a 100 year flood in our area it is currently 22in of rainfall in a 30 hour time (last recorded total in 2014) so yes with the current flood threat and projected estimated 8 inches of rain from this storm our drainage pond will be able to accommodate the accumulated water from the entire facility now from surrounding areas around our facility will be the question in mind our pond is designed to accommodate up to 10 acres which our entire facility is 8.9 acres the question is hard to answer but intriguing as the neighborhoods around us can flood and can possibly send water our way and I want to mention it only gets harder to analyze after more and more toilet paper neighborhoods are developed...
