People ask about my faith in God and for non believers it can seem so far fetched. I promise it’s not.

In some of my toughest moments, I had nowhere to turn but to God and he shined a light in me to keep going. It’s indescribable until you believe. I pray everyone feels that feeling.

This team… we’ve faced so much together. D12 I love y’all frfr we’ve opened up and seen parts of eachother we keep hidden. D12 was a safe space during this tournament. I’m grateful for you all. D12 4L

2nd place isn’t 1st… no excuse for that. There’s things I could’ve done differently. All in all the result is what it is. We’re learning and growing.

I’m proud of us.

USA football, thank you. For everything. You’ve given me a new voice. As I head into the first flag football school today as head coach, I’ll be thinking of all I’ve learned with a grateful heart.

Coaches- we appreciate all you’ve done. All the sacrifices you’ve made to lead us.

I can’t really put into words what this means to me because I’ve had this goal for the last three years and it’s finally here and it doesn’t even feel real...

I didn’t even make it to trials last year so you would imagine that it would be extremely difficult to make the final roster on your first time invited to trials then through 3 tough training camps. But here we are.

A part of little Lo has been healed in this process. It started as a goal for myself and now I realize this is beyond me.

This is a movement for girls everywhere. To see that you can. You don’t have to fit into a box. You don’t have to be like anyone else. You are beautifully and wonderfully made and the things about you that are different are your superpower. 🦸🏽‍♀️
