🗺️ Painesville Township Residents – New Pickup Day Maps 🗑️

As part of our transition to serving Painesville Township, collection days have changed for many residents.

Over the past two weeks, our drivers placed stickers on carts and cans left at the curb to notify customers of their new collection day. If your container wasn’t out, or if you’re unsure of your new schedule, please refer to the maps below.

📍 Find the map that includes your street to see your new pickup day:

Please begin placing your trash and recycling at the curb by 6:00 AM on your new scheduled collection day. Recycling is the week of July 13th and 27th

🎆 Reminder: since the holiday falls on a Saturday, **all trash and recycling services next week will operate on their normal schedule. There are no service delays, so please have your items at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your regular (new) collection day.

📞 A Friendly Heads Up! 📞

If you’ve ever tried calling us on a Monday, you already know our phones stay pretty busy. Now, with TWO new service contracts starting July 1st, we’re excited to welcome many new customers to the Major Waste family!

With that being said, please understand that our phone lines will likely be extra busy over the next few weeks, especially on Mondays. Our team is small, local, and working hard. Every time one of our customer service representatives hangs up a call, they’re immediately answering another.

If you receive a busy signal, please don’t take it personally, we promise we’re not ignoring you! Feel free to send us an email, or try again later and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

The season officially kicked off, last night, right here in our hometown, and we couldn’t be more proud to support Team Major Waste as they took the field for their first game of the season! ⚾️
