As fall settles in we begin to see not only more spiders but wasps as they begin to get more aggressive as food sources dwindle down. Rodents will begin to seek shelter in structures such as outbuildings and homes.

Direct transmission of diseases

Hantavirus: A severe and potentially fatal respiratory disease. It is typically transmitted when people breathe in airborne dust contaminated with the dried urine, droppings, or saliva of infected rodents.

Salmonellosis: A bacterial disease that causes fever, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps. It is spread through contact with food, water, or surfaces contaminated by rodent f***s.

Rat-Bite Fever: A bacterial infection that can be transmitted through a bite or scratch from an infected rodent, or by consuming contaminated food or water.
Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis (LCM): A viral disease that can cause flu-like symptoms and, in severe cases, neurological complications. It is spread through infected rodent urine, droppings, and saliva.

Allergies and Asthma: Rodent dander, urine, and droppings can trigger allergic reactions and asthma symptoms, especially in children.
