As a husband and wife team, we have auctions every other Friday. In addition we doing quarterly storage unit auctions, conduct on site Estate Sales and Estate Auctions. Hello. Definitely been awhile since an auction for Randy Mathews Storage. Well this Saturday, October 31st, starting at 10 A.M. there will be an auction of UNPAID STORAGE UNITS. Currently there are 25 plus units that will be sold by the unit. The location is 1400 Reid Street (also know as Hwy 17) Palatka, Florida. There is a 10% buyers premium and 7%sales tax. Cash only. Please note if you can not social distance a mask is required. All sales final. Please call 386-338-1200 to see where they are starting, as there are a number of locations they own.

It has been a while since I have conducted an auction. Well this Saturday I will be doing an Unpaid Storage unit Auction for Randy Mathews Storage in Palatka Florida. There are 42 unpaid units that will be sold by the unit. You can register at 1400 Reid Street (also known as Hwy 17) in Palatka Florida, starting at 9AM. Auction starts at 10 AM, First location will be announced when you register. The units are located at multiple sites in Putnam County Florida. Please be advised the owners of the Storage facility are asking people wear masks and practice social distancing. There is a 10%buyers premium and 7%sales tax. All items are sold as is, were is, all sales are final, no refunds. Units must be paid for as sold, and cleaned out by Monday morning. Cash only. Thank you. This Saturday I was going to have an estate auction conducted by T andA Auctions. This was my estate, but last month Gene, my husband passed away, and I just didnt think i could do it. So because of this virus we have had to cancel as we did not want any customers or my Auctioneer or his family to be potentially exposed to this virus I am listing some pictures here now or things that are available for sale as I've sold the house and I have to get it empty if anybody is interested please message me and maybe we can make arrangements where we don't have a whole lot of people together thank you
