Every once in a while, a customer says something that reminds you why showing up, doing what you said you would do, and taking pride in your work still matters.

A recent customer left this comment about Up North Services:

“Bob actually showed up to do the estimate… gave us a quick quote, worked with us to adjust exactly what we wanted/needed, and came out and got the job done neatly and quickly.”

That means a lot.

But the part that really stood out to me was this:

Today, Up North Services put our John Deere 17P mini excavator to work helping a cabin owner get a water line where it belongs — 60 inches underground! 💪

This was a deep, tight excavation in challenging ground, and our compact excavator was able to get the job done while keeping the digging precise around the property.

People sometimes see our little John Deere and think, “Can that thing really do much?”

Yep. 😉
