Kicking off with an exciting Ballroom-Filled Exposition of new law enforcement technological tools, ideas, and equipment the 2026 IALEFI-ATC in the City of Palm Bay was an amazingly illuminating experience in Law Enforcement Training, and Education attended by Participants from numerous United States and International Law Enforcement Departments, Agencies and Services.

The Training and Education disseminated by both United States and International World Class Law Enforcement Instructors were intellectually refreshing, engaging, informative, and in some cases physically demanding and challenging.

The Participants also gained inspiring, illuminating, and uplifting insights and messages from the featured Keynote Speakers.

The ATC presented great opportunities in meeting old acquaintances, fellow-instructors, making new friends, sharing thoughts and ideas, and enjoying the fun-filled fellowship at the Banquet Dinner and the gripping Raffle that kept the Attendees attentively riveted to their seats hoping to hear their ticket number called.

A special Thank You-to our host - the City of Palm Bay Police Department, the Board of Directors, Office Staff and everyone participating for making the 2026 IALEFI-ATC a great experience, as we look eagerly and excitedly forward to the 2027 ATC.

Combative Systems International (CSI) wishes to extend special gratitude and thanks to the IALEFI Board of Directors, and the students for the opportunity to share its “In-Custody Combat Defensive Shooting” Pistol Course ( ICCDS) with our brave Men and Women in Uniform that others and themselves might live.

Combative Systems International (CSI) and myself takes great pleasure in extending Happy 50th Republic Day anniversary and best wishes to the Government and People of Trinidad and Tobago, my own country of birth. 🇹🇹

CSI congratulates the achievement of this proud milestone—five decades of sovereignty, self-determination, and national strength since the first Parliament met under the Republican Constitution in 1976.

CSI and I joins with you in celebrating the rich cultures, vibrant diversity, and resilient spirit of the Twin-Island Republic while true freedom is a shared responsibility requiring every citizen to jealously guard democracy, community, and justice.

Trinidad and Tobago - has always been Guided by the national motto:
“Together we Aspire! Together We Achieve!” built, maintained, and supported upon the bedrock foundations of “Discipline, Production and Tolerance.”

On this 50th Anniversary, and in a time
where the World is being transformed into a new Order, we advocate for the building of a safer, fairer, and more prosperous future for the next generation.

As the Red, White and Black Flag shine brightly today and always, may the Nation also shine its brightest beacon of hope on this glorious day and forever in the future with the Grace of GOD!

May God forever bless the Government and People of the Great Republic of Trinidad and Tobago! 🇹🇹

Policing is struggling.

Yet too many leaders keep running the same old playbook that got us here in the first place.

Same forced overtime.

Same ignoring of burnout.

Same “just suck it up” culture.

Same focus on recruitment numbers while the good ones walk out the door.

That’s not leadership. That’s managing decline.

It’s time for real change.

Leaders need to step up, raise the standards, and start treating officers like the professionals they are — not just bodies to fill shifts.

Better training.

Better support.

Better retention.

Higher expectations.

The status quo is failing. The officers who remain deserve better. The communities we serve deserve better.

Raise the bar or watch the profession keep sliding.

Stronger Officers. Safer Communities.

Happy Emancipation Day!🇹🇹

“To the resilient people of Trinidad and Tobago: May we honor the chains broken in the past by being vigilant, strong, and united in the defense of liberty and collective future.

Honoring the Ancestral Legacy Unyielding Courage.

Celebrating how African heritage deeply enrich the identity, rhythm, and spirit of our twin-island republic.

True freedom requires both moral clarity and the physical, mental readiness to protect communities against modern threats, while growing children to be disciplined, be honest, productive, educated, patriotic, and capable of leadership!

Embodying the disciplined tenacity of the ancestors to stand united for the good and right reasons, safe in the sovereign space.”- CSI
