David brings 29 years of experience in marketing, sales, and promotions with one clear mission helping businesses get noticed, get found, and make more money. Although Zion’s Fountain is less than four years old, his decades of expertise allow him to serve marketing needs not only in West Palm Beach but anywhere in the world.

David is a proud family man, married to Abby, and father to six amazing children Leanne, Alexa, Hadassah, Aerith, Rylee, and Samuel.

We’re excited to feature this week’s speaker, Cory Strolla, a nationally recognized legal advocate for our nation’s veterans. Over the past two years, Mr. Strolla has handled more than 1,200 Veterans Affairs disability cases, ensuring that our nation’s most trusted and vulnerable men and women are justly compensated by the Department of Veteran Affairs for the sacrifices made to their mind, body, and soul. Along with his legal team, he has successfully been awarded well over $5,000,000 in disability payments the past two consecutive years and that figure does not even represent the monetary awards veterans will continue to receive over the course of their lifetime.

Cory is the son of a decorated USAF Airman, Lt. Col., a Vietnam “Shadow Mission” combat pilot credited with saving countless soldiers and Marines lost behind enemy lines. He comes from a long line of veteran and law enforcement family and has been instilled with a strong love and respect for the United States of America and the U.S. Constitution.

During his distinguished 28-year legal career, Mr. Strolla has appeared on many local, regional, national, and international programs including NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, NEWSMAX, MSNBC, CNN, and HBO Direct as a subject matter expert on national homicide and wrongful death cases, civil rights violations, and complex firearm-related legal issues. He has been a licensed and insured NRA Certified Instructor and RSO since 2019, personally training hundreds of civilians to be responsible and safe gun owners.

His professional service includes:

We’re excited to spotlight David Velez of Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen, a highly experienced Title Insurance Agent and Closer with over 23 years in the industry. Based in North Palm Beach, David is known for his deep knowledge, attention to detail, and steady guidance throughout the closing process.

Before entering the title industry, David worked as a microbiologist and a mechanic with a unique background that reflects his analytical mindset and hands-on problem-solving skills, which he brings into every transaction.

David resides in Lake Worth, where he has lived for the past 10 years. He is a proud father to two daughters, Camdyn and Zoey, who are his greatest motivation.
At home, David is also kept busy with his pets: Bertie and Stormy (cats) and Bella the Ball (a python) a conversation starter!

Jim is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (Class of 1981) and served a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force as a leader, engineer, metallurgist, project and program manager, and acquisition officer before retiring in 1996. He later held senior leadership roles including Global Procurement Officer for Bobcat and Chromalloy, Vice President of Global Sourcing, and Six Sigma Black Belt/Champion. In 2015, Jim launched his consulting brand in Florida alongside his partner, Chris Scherer.

Certified in LEAN, Six Sigma, and DMAIC, Jim has led more than 1,000 improvement projects across R&D, operations, procurement, sales, S&OP, and aftermarket support. His data-driven, people-focused approach consistently delivers double-digit profitability improvements, often in under six months.

Jim is also an Executive Coach and a reseller of the Predictive Index Toolset, helping organizations better understand people dynamics, reduce friction, and strengthen collaboration to drive performance.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys golf, shooting, and exploring AI, and he is a proud father to Justin, Christopher, and Zachary.

With more than 11 years of experience in the outdoor lighting and audio industry, Jonathan brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. His journey is anything but ordinary, beginning as an irrigation technician working alongside his father, serving in the U.S. Navy as a computer technician, and later expanding into roles as an administrative assistant, adult education teacher, and HVAC technician and business owner.
