Topping out more than six weeks ahead of schedule is a testament to the collaboration, coordination, and dedication of everyone involved. Insite Studio is proud to be part of this transformative 195-unit luxury rental community, providing land planning, development approvals, and landscape architecture services.

Beyond the amenities and residential offerings, The Laurent will also deliver 31 workforce housing units, helping expand quality housing opportunities for Palm Beach County residents.

A few new pics of Bocaire Country Club in Boca Raton, where Insite Studio partnered with the community to create enhanced amenities, refreshed landscapes, and welcoming outdoor spaces designed for connection, recreation, and relaxation.

From the updated entrance experience to new pickleball courts, a playground, and vibrant tropical plantings surrounding the clubhouse, every detail contributes to a modern and inviting member experience.

We think the end results are beautiful.

These latest drone photos highlight the continued progress of Avenir Palm Beach Gardens West. The community’s resort-style amenity spaces are starting to take shape. Sisca Construction Services is plastering the wading pools this week as another major phase moves forward.

If you look closely you can see the large beach-entry pool surrounded by sun shelves and water features, a separate lap pool with four lap lanes, and a dedicated kids' playscape with interactive water features. Surrounding the pools will be shaded daybeds, private cabanas, and a lush coconut grove turf lawn with hammocks. When complete, the spa will also be anchored by a sculptural flowering tree, offering a serene and elegant focal point for the pool deck.

We are so excited to see this incredible community continue to take shape!

In mid-May, our Project Manager Thomas Chmielewski attended the 2026 Annual Housing Heroes Luncheon hosted by the Housing Leadership Council of Palm Beach County at the Kravis Center.

Thank you to REG Architects and Ricardo Gonzalez (pictured right) for the invitation. It was great connecting with leaders throughout Palm Beach County, including Chai Banthia from Hedrick Brothers Construction (pictured centre), who are all passionate about finding solutions to the growing workforce and affordable housing challenges facing our area.

Insite Studio partnered with JKM Development on the land planning and development approvals for this exciting new community in Wellington, Florida.

Lotis will bring together luxury rental living, senior living, retail, restaurants, offices, medical services, and daycare — all connected through a modern, pedestrian-focused design that encourages community and convenience.

This development is shaping up to be a truly dynamic destination to live, work, and play.
