1️⃣ Being seen online.

You think your content has to be perfect but people connect with you, not the glitz & glam of a polished profile. Post the listing video, share your voice, and let people see the face behind the brand.

2️⃣ Feeling salesy when you promote yourself.

You’re not only selling houses, you’re helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Shift your mindset from “sales” to service, and everything changes.

3️⃣ Worrying about what other agents think.

Everyone starts somewhere. The ones you’re worried about are too busy doing their own thing. Stay focused on your lane and your growth will follow.

✨ Confidence comes from action and yes, that means doing the “cringy” things anyway. Remember, no one ever starts out an EXPERT.

I just want to extend my gratitude to Maria, founder of for letting Taking Territory be a part of the Children’s Business Fair for a second year in a row!

Each year gets better and better and it’s always a pleasure seeing familiar faces and how creative these young entrepreneurs can be. Not only did we secure more sponsors and supporters for this year’s event but we had more kid vendor sign ups that really brought their A game. Super impressed!

Thanks Culinary Wellness for creating an Avenue for kids to really showcase their passions and get a taste of what it’s like to work a REAL vendor event.
