I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to my clients who have been so patient and understanding over the last year as I went through the long, rough journey of caring for my Dad. He passed away last week and is now no longer in pain and is with my Mom for eternity, which brings me peace. The loss is extremely difficult though and I am heart broken. 🥺💔
I am forever grateful to every one of my clients who have been there for me, supported me and allowed me the time needed to handle my Dad’s health and care until the end. Now it is time to find my new normal and get back to work! 🩵

Corporate annual dues are due May 1st. Most of my clients are receiving 3rd party emails regarding this and are clicking the links thinking they are from the State of FL, but they are not. Please do not click on any links in emails. Go directly to sunbiz.org and click on the Annual Dues link to pay it directly. If you need help with this, contact me. Once you pay these 3rd parties, they will automatically file it every year for a fee of around $129 for something that you can do yourself in a few minutes....

Business entities should visit the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Beneficial Ownership Information site to determine if they are required to register or update their business information with the Federal Government.
