Downtime becomes harder to manage when there is no compatible replacement equipment available.
Repairing recoverable phones and components can help organizations rebuild their spare inventory and prepare for future equipment failures.
A ready supply of compatible spares can be especially valuable when supporting legacy systems, multiple locations, or manufacturer-discontinued products with limited market availability.
Before discarding failed equipment, let Retrotel evaluate whether it can be repaired and returned to service.

When the same telecommunications equipment is deployed across multiple departments or locations, repairs are rarely a one-time need.
Retrotel can help organizations develop a more consistent approach to ongoing phone and equipment repairs.
Instead of addressing every failed unit as a separate emergency, an organized repair process can help improve communication, track recurring needs, and return serviceable equipment to your available inventory.
Whether you have one unit or an ongoing repair requirement, our team can help you identify the right next step.
Start a repair request by emailing us at [email protected] or call 800-895-9660.

Before you replace it, let us evaluate it.
This before-and-after shows how professional refurbishment can give heavily worn telecommunications equipment a second life.
Retrotel repairs and refurbishes business, industrial, and specialty telephone equipment—including products that may be discontinued, difficult to replace, or essential to an existing system.
Every unit is evaluated individually based on its condition, repair requirements, and available components. When repair is practical, our team can help extend the equipment’s useful life and reduce the cost and disruption of unnecessary replacement.
