Stress Management Techniques are essential for your wellbeing and resilience to life's challenges and stress and even more so for our first responders.

We are midway through our journey into self-care and are learning new practices reacquainting ourselves with things that we "Usta" do.

We all probably have a long list of "Ustas", things that usta give us great pleasure, but for one reason or another, no longer practice.

Today is your day, tomorrow is not guaranteed, so make the most of it! Life is very short, have no regrets!

We had a great class this week in Lee County with officers from the FWC, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee County Sheriff's Office!

It was awesome to see the confidence and comfort level grow with each new skill learned.
