J. Angle Group LLC Principal James Angle and Senior Consultant Rick Talbert attended Florida’s Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service at the Florida State Fire College in Ocala Florida last week. Sixteen fallen fighters were honored and recognized at this year’s ceremony. It is always moving to see the families on hand and thanked by the State of Florida for making the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

A big congratulations to J. Angle Group LLC Senior Consultant Rick Talbert who was awarded the Florida Fire Chiefs' Association prestigious President Emeritus designation during the association’s Executive Development Conference in Naples, FL this week. Rick served as the Association’s President in 2006-2007 and has served the Florida Fire Chiefs'​ Association in various leadership capacities since 1994. Rick is one of only four past presidents to receive this designation.

Rick is pictured with Current FFCA President, Fire Chief Doug Riley (L) of the Lakeland Fire Department and current FFCA Board of Director, Fire Chief Ryan H. Crawford (R) of the South Walton Fire District. Well done and thank you for your leadership and impact on Florida’s fire service!
