A new chapter for transfoHRm - A moment I’ve been building toward since day one.

Three years ago this was a solo practice — just me, a mission, and a belief that HR could be done differently. That organizations could scale with intention, humanity, and honesty.

Conflict at work can emerge from numerous factors - opposing goals, limited resources, bias, personality clashes, misalignment, miscommunication, even external pressures.

Here are 3 simple Conflict Resolution Tips we’ve tried & tested in our work at transfoHRm...

🗣️ Clarity on the Cause - What is really (really, really) fueling the conflict. Diagnose, identify & approach the issues you uncover as situations to be solved.
🗣️ Core Values-Centered Communication - More often than not, the vehicle(s) to conflict resolution should reside within your Core Values & Competencies framework.
🗣️ Common Ground & Compromise - Taking a ‘We’ versus ‘Me’ approach in service of your mission’s strategic goals, and adopt the most effective resolution path based on the situation at hand.

💡 And remember - Conflict is a natural and sometimes necessary part of any workplace. The key is managing it in a way that’s healthy for everyone, and encouraging a ‘one team’ mindset - then Agree, Disagree & Commit.
