💙 She Leads, let’s make a difference together! 💙

One of the things I love most about this community is how quickly we come together when someone needs support. Today, I’m asking for your help for an organization that is incredibly close to my heart, Desert Arc .

This holiday season, with the help of FIT SIPS 🥤 Formerly Power Nutrition Desert Arc is collecting NEW Styrofoam ice coolers (approximately $5–$9 each) that will be transformed into holiday gift packages for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout our community.

These coolers will be filled with thoughtful gifts and everyday essentials for individuals who may not otherwise receive a holiday gift.

🎁 How you can help:
✔️ Donate one cooler, or several!
✔️ Encourage your business, coworkers, or friends to participate.
✔️ Share this post to help us reach even more generous hearts.

We’re also putting together a list of dry goods and other items needed to fill each cooler. We’ll share that list soon for anyone who would like to contribute even more.

Every cooler represents kindness, dignity, and a reminder that someone in our community is thinking of them this holiday season.

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a small request that could make a big impact this holiday season.

As many of you know, I work at Desert Arc, a local nonprofit that provides services and support for adults with disabilities. I recently learned about two incredible longtime volunteers who host a Christmas party each year for a group of our clients. They work tirelessly to create a memorable holiday experience for individuals who might not otherwise have the opportunity to celebrate Christmas.

One of their traditions is giving each client a Styrofoam cooler filled with essentials and gifts, such as warm socks, toiletries, snacks, gift cards, and other thoughtful items they need and enjoy.

This year, we’re hoping to collect 50 Styrofoam coolers within the next two weeks.

If you or your business would be willing to donate one cooler, several coolers, or all 50, we would be incredibly grateful. Desert Arc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and we’re happy to provide a donation receipt for your tax records.

If you’d like to help, simply reply to this post, and I’ll coordinate pickup or delivery.
