ERSC E-Rate Consulting E-Rate Consulting Services done right! ERSC began as ITEC Consulting in Los Angeles, CA in 1996.

We have been in the business of helping K-12 Education gain E-Rate funding serving the Southwestern United States since 1997. We provide consulting services to assist our K-12 Education Partners navigate through the Universal Service "E-Rate" Program process. We assist with every aspect of the E-Rate application process including but not limited to increasing eligibility discount levels, assisting

with the bidding processes, vendor selection, post funding filings, implementation and any audit process. We have worked successfully with K-12 Partners since 1996 and are proud of the success our Education Partners have had over the years.

Upcoming E-rate and California Teleconnect Fund Training

The K-12 High Speed Network (K12HSN) is pleased to announce the Fall 2015 E-rate training dates available to all local educational agencies (LEAs), libraries and service providers in California. The training will be a full day-seminar covering the basics to advanced application of E-rate rules and guidelines. The training sessions will also be available via Webinar and via video conferencing at various locations.

The E-rate Modernization Order information has now been integrated into the steps for applicants and steps for service providers on the website, and the purple icon under left-hand navigation has been removed.

In addition to the steps for applicants and service providers, you can find the first and second E-rate Modernization Orders under the FCC Orders page, and relevant SL News Briefs on our website (select the topic "E-rate Modernization Order").
